Just when you thought you heard all the ‘worlds smallest, thinnest, lightest’ claims from manufacturers there are to hear -  Samsung have now unleashed a ‘finger slim’ LED backlit LCD TV to the Korean market!

Not only is it a super slim LED backlit LCD TV, there are some impressive eco features as well, including the 40% less power consumption required to operate it and the clear crystal neck gives a very cool floating illusion to the monitor.

According to their official press release the Samsung XL2370 will “open a new era of the LED monitor market,” said JaeYoung Lew of Samsung Electronics’ Visual Display Division. “Samsung will pave the way in the LED monitor market with beautiful design and superb functionality, while responding to the market needs for eco-friendly technology.”

This LED Samsung XL2370 LCD TV will be available from mid July in Korea with a European release date set for August 2009.
